I'm very sorry to hear of Jeff"s passing. My memory will be of a good and kind soul and Oriole fan I'd known since kindergarten. Peace be with you buddy.
Jeff was one of the kindest and gentlest men I ever met. He helped me in immeasurable ways. I am so sorry that the Barclay family has suffered yet another loss.
My condolences to the Barclay family. I've known Jeff for 7 years since I moved to Maryland. I knew Jeff to be a kind and caring person with interests in his family, sports, and his volunteer work at the Air and Space Museum. I know many of his other friends who were concerned about his welfare and will also mourn your and our loss.
I haven't seen Jeff or many of the Garrett Park folks in awhile, but I remember his friendship back in the days of playing ball at the old Garrett Park field. He was a fine person who offer friendship to all. Sorry to Barclay family for their loss and we will miss Jeff.
Jeff was an affectionate and lovely man. I've known him and his beautiful siblings since our childhood in Garrett Park. My most sincere sympathies to the Barclay family for yet another loss this year. Jeff will be missed by everybody. Much love, Karen Hartmann Maury
Jeff was my closest friend (and next-door neighbor) from about the age of 5 to 11. I remember much sweetness about him as a boy. Saddened by this news and the fact that after junior high school we never stayed in touch. I know he had a difficult life in some ways, but hope he found moments of happiness and satisfication in it.
