Obituary of John Ernest Fleetwood

Fleetwood. Ernest John – Peacefully, on Saturday, October 9th, 2010 at Parkwood Hospital at the age of 86. Beloved husband of M. Isabelle (Bateman) Fleetwood. Loving father of James (Pauline) Fleetwood, Brenda (Richard) Cliffe and Brian (Betsy) Fleetwood. Dear brother of Bernice (Pat) Desrocher and Ken Fleetwood. Also missed by 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Fred & Ethel Fleetwood, brother Frank Fleetwood and a sister Audrey Connor. Ernie was a retired Platoon Chief for 35 years with the London Fire Department. Ernie’s family would like to extend a special thank you to Parkwood Hospital and the nurses on 5B South. At Ernie’s request there will be no funeral service, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Tuesday, October 19th,2010 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm. Private family interment in Mt.
