Mr. Jacob 'Jack' Primack, 89, of Rockville, passed away in Shady Grove Adventist Hospital on Saturday, December 5, 2009. He is survived by his wife; Evelyn, his children; Mitchell and Donna, and his grandchildren; Helen and Rachel. Commitment will be private at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia.
