Obituary of Donald Habel

At University Hospital on Friday, July 12th, 2013, Mr. Donald “Donnie” Habel, of London in his 81st year. Dear friend to William Johnston and the late Audrey (1994), Ron and Christine Johnston, John and Wendy Johnston, Paul and Michelle Johnston and Ian Johnston, and their families, all of London, as well as Christine and Rose. Also fondly remembered by his best friend Cathy Baker. Donnie loved his work delivering the London Free Press for over 62 years. Special thanks to University Hospital E.R. and C.C.U. for their care and dedication to Donnie. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, with a London North Lions Club service at 5:45 p.m. The memorial service will be conducted in the Westview chapel on Wednesday, July 17th, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Donnie are asked to consider Mount Hope Recreation Therapy.
