Dearest Auntie Martha our deepest condolences to you in the passing of Onkel Franzl. We send you our love and hugs and prayers. At every moment you were there to care and love him and hold his hand, and he was blessed to have you as you have been blessed to have such a loving and devoted husband. We will miss him dearly always. We will miss his welcoming and open arms, his laughter, his jokes and have learned from his many virtues. He has taught my girls and I to look on the brighter side of life, to work hard, to be proud of our heritage and in our family, and to carry on with grace, and to laugh at the sillies of every day life. I will miss the twinkle in his eyes and his hugs which meant to us comfort, home, family. It has been an honour for Victoria to have had Franzl as her Godfather and for both girls to say they knew Onkel Franzl closely, they loved him and were loved by him for many years. Love endures. He is now with his Lord and spiritually reuniting with his parents and family in Heaven. Perhaps he and my dad are toasting eine kleine glassl Wein together.
