Obituary of Gladys Moore

A memorial service will be held May 22, 2015, at Musgrove Family Center at 3:00 PM for Gladys Leona Moore of Springfield, OR who died May 11, 2015 of Parkinson's, she was 78.Gladys was born June 13, 1936 to Grover and Cornelia Weaver, in Salem, Oregon. She married Gordon Ross Moore Sr. on November 9, 1952 in Salem. He preceded her in death in 2004.She was a Homemaker and worked as a Waitress. She enjoyed camping, travel and trips to Reno. She was a member of the Eagles, Elks and Moose Lodges.Survivors include three daughters; Debbi Gawrylow and Kathy Bishop of Springfield and Sandra Tripp of Eugene, 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She leaves behind her companion and friend, Terry Opdyke of Springfield. A son, Gordon Moore Jr died in 1994.Burial will be at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, OR.
