Obituary of Alfred Daniel White

On Sunday, February 10th, 2013 at Strathmere Lodge, Strathroy, Alfred Daniel (Dan) White, in his 78th year. Survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Mary Margaret White. Special uncle of Karen. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Alf and Madeleine White, his sister Bonnie (Bud) Getty, of Corunna, and his brother Peter White. Dan was retired from Fanshawe College and was a longtime member of Sunningdale Golf Club. Cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London. Private interment of ashes at a later date. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Dan are asked to consider the Alzheimer Society or the Strathmere Lodge Ladies Auxiliary.
