Obituary of Olive Annie Betterley

Olive Annie Betterley, in her 86th year, passed away Saturday, February 9th, 2013, at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, with daughter Patricia Weits and husband Russ at her side. Olive was the daughter of the late Pearl and Fred Tulett. Russ and Olive were just 10 days short of celebrating their 64th wedding anniversary. Olive had a very distinguished working career. She started at the Bank of Toronto, then Victoria Hospital in the payroll department, and then worked at Canada Trust. Olive went back to school and earned her teaching degree, and spent the last 17 years of her working life teaching. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, February 14th, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Mount Pleasant Cemetery. The family wish to thank the Byron Medical Clinic, Dr. Cejic and staff, Joan Mitchel (Diabetic Nurse) and Khadija at the Blood Clinic for all their help over the years. Also we thank the Strathroy Hospital and staff for their wonderful support and Dominic Gniewek and all the staff at Shoppers Drug Mart (Byron).
