My heartfelt condolences to you, Maksa, Tanya and Sara, and Tomas, for the sudden loss of Julian. I still remember the first time I met the two of you, Maksa, 40 years ago for your wedding celebration. What a joyous and exciting time it was. Since then, my memories of Julian have always been one of a strong man who devoted all his time and energy to his family. He was also a truly great friend to all who knew him. I hope that you can find strength in each other during this time as he would have wanted you to, and that fond memories of his kindness and generosity prevail amongst you all. May God bless you all. Lili (writing from Istanbul, Turkey)

So many grieve with you and your family, Maksa, on Julian's sudden passing. Although I knew him only through you and the wonderful spirit you shared with so many of us who got to know you through tai chi, it is so clear that he was simply a man of generosity, of love, of spirit. That will live on in your children and grandchildren. This is the sad time for which all those good memories were made, and I hope that they will help carry you and yours through. You are held in our prayers. Blessings and strength. Barbara
