Obituary of Frederick William deLange

deLANGE, Frederick (Frits) William – Peacefully, on Thursday, July 15th, 2010 at University Hospital in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Avril for 60 years. Loving father of Christina Lloyd, Jerry (Alice), Elizabeth deLange (Jamie Trusler) and Ivor (Constance). Proud Opa of 15 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Sadly missed by siblings Ben (Cis), Rina (2009) (Louk), Gery (Joop), Gerry (Mia), and Riet (Thys). Predeceased by his son-in-law Randy Lloyd (February 2010). Born in Waalwijk, Netherlands to Gerald deLange and Elisabeth Keyzer, the third of six children. Frits came to Canada in 1949 and worked as a tool and die maker in the automotive industry and founded A & B Rental Centre in 1969. A Memorial Service will be held at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, on Monday, July 19, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Frits are asked to consider the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
