Obituary of Phillip Pirie-Burke

A private memorial service was held for Phillip Pirie-Burke on Wednesday, December 26th, 2012 in London, Ontario. Phillip passed away suddenly on December 22nd at University Hospital in London. Phillip is much loved and sorely missed by his mother, Jodie Pirie, his father, Mike Burke; and sisters Victoria and Karina Pirie-Burke, and Tiffany Benoit and her husband Aaron Benoit. His surviving grandparents, Jean and William Pirie, and Marcella Burke are devastated by his death. He was predeceased by his grandfather, Verne Burke. He is also survived by his aunts Wendy Pirie, Jennifer Clarke, Cindi Baker, and Tammy Campbell and their spouses and friend Craig Clarke, Peter Baker and Luc Gougeon. His eight cousins and one nephew miss him very much. He is mourned by his best friend and loving dog, Syris. Donations to the CNIB Guide Dog Program are welcome in Phillip’s memory.
