Obituary of Michael Paul Donnelly

DONNELLY, Michael Paul (Mike) CLU – Peacefully, with his family by his side at Victoria Hospital on Monday, July 12th , 2010, Michael Donnelly, of London, formerly of Montreal, in his 76th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Ann (Laberge) for 48 years. Loving father of Louise MacVoy (Tom), Susan Faubert (Steve), all of London, Carol Channer (Mark), of Waterloo, ON.and Paul Donnelly (Keri) of 100 Mile House, B.C.. Cherished Gramps of Sarah Faubert, Morgan and Benjamin MacVoy, Zoë and Mya Channer, and Emma and Allie Donnelly. Dear brother of Mary Anne Carlevale (Tampa) and Sandra Leblanc (Deux Montagnes, Quebec). Predeceased by his brother, Daniel Donnelly (Ottawa) (2007). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mike was an avid reader and a member of the Master’s League at Hickory Ridge Golf and Country Club. He also enjoyed his long career in the insurance industry and loved his vacations in Maine. Friends and family will be received at the Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Thursday from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. with prayers at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. John The Divine Parish, 390 Baseline Road West, London, on Friday, July 16th at 11:00 a.m. Interment of ashes, St. Peter’s Cemetery.
