Obituary of Margaret Mae Hancock

At Parkwood Hospital on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Charles Hancock. Loving mother of Linda Albert and her husband Arnold of Melbourne; Sheila Thompson and her late husband Don of London; Charlene Edwards and her husband John of Dashwood. Predeceased by her siblings Harold Todd, Floyd Todd, Jean Stevenson, Bernice Craig, Eleanor Scully and Earl Todd. Dear sister-in-law of Chris Todd of Scarborough, Terry Scully of Waterloo and Wilda Todd of London. Margaret served in the Women’s Army Corp. from 1941-1946. Also loved by her 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. An Eastern Star service will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Saturday, November 10, 2012 at 2:00 p.m., followed by visitation until 3:00 p.m. where a Legion Service (under the auspices on the Duchess of Kent Legion #263) and memorial service will commence at 3:00 p.m. Donations to Parkwood Hospital, Veterans Wing would be appreciated by the family.
