Obituary of Harry Vermeltfoort

October 22, 1929 – October 27, 2012 Peacefully at home, with family by his side, Harry Vermeltfoort, of London. Survived by his spouse, Wilma, and his children: Alice and Scott, Ben and Violet, Peter and Christine, and Ron and Chantal. Predeceased by his granddaughter Meaghan. Loving Opa to all his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Harry will be sadly missed by friends, family and extended family, both here and abroad. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, with prayers at 7:00 p.m. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. George Parish, 1164 Commissioners Road West, London, on Wednesday, October 31st, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment at St. Peter’s Cemetery, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Make-a-Wish Foundation or to Women’s Community House.
