Obituary of Anne Olga Mafturak
On Friday, October 19, 2012 at University Hospital, Anne passed away peacefully surrounded by her family in her 58th year. Survived by her son Christopher Mafturak and his wife Kerri and Anne’s grandson Jacob. Anne will be missed by her numerous friends in London. Memorial visitation will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Monday, October 22, 2012 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Memorial contributions to the London Health Sciences Foundation would be appreciated.
