Peacefully at Middlesex Terrace, Delaware, on Thursday, October 11, 2012 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Desmond Bender (1979). Loving Mom of Catherine Vanden Berghe (Pierre Pronovost) of London and mother-in-law of Peter Dillman of London. Predeceased by her cherished children, Ellen Dillman (2009) and Gordon Bender (1953). Dear Nana of Kara (Casey) McKeown, Jason (Julie) Dillman and Robin (Michael) Hrib and Great-Nana of Chloe, Caleb, Elizabeth, Ashley, Michael Jr., Benjamin and Danielle. Loving sister of John “Jack” (Marie) Crawford of Parry Sound and the late Jim Crawford and Dorothy Maich. Visitation will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Sunday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Parish, 777 Valetta Street, London, on Monday, October 15, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Private interment will be held at Mount Hope Cemetery, Toronto.
