Paul A. Witters (Age 57) On Monday, March 19, 2012. Paul Alexander Witters of Silver Spring, MD. Loving father of Donna Witters Banks; brother of Donald Witters and Barbara J. Hardy. He is also survived by his grandson, Owen Alexander Banks and girlfriend, Joanne Sampier. Paul was a long time member of the Sons of the American Legion (Post 268). Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 30, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Ave., Silver Spring.
