We just found out you decided to fly again! You will be greatly missed - the crocheted spread you made for us in all my favorite colors will be more of a treasure than ever!
For your family: we didn't know Mary Lee had left us until after the visitation and funeral services. Please know how much we cared - her spirit will go on in the little house next to Chester Furniture Barn!

I sure am going to miss Mary Lee sitting behind me in church and our race talks. And, Johnny saying, "Don't let me forget to take Mary Lee a cake to church tomorrow." And sure 'nuff when he told her good morning the first thing she would say is, "Where's my cake?" Mary Lee was a woman I admired. I feel she was of the woman that paved the way for the younger generation of women. I miss her already!

All of your friends will surely miss you, Mary Lee. Your presence and humor was so appreciated at our meetings. It won't be the same without you. I will always remember you as an inspiration to me and a mentor on how to live as we get older in the best way. Most of all, you fought a brave battle with grace and left in peace.
