i was bills and cecilles neighbour in rosewood condo for many years evelyn and i would always be sharing dinner with them at either there or our condo across the hall was sad to see them leave bc even though we know it was best for them and sad to hear of cecilles passing and now bills he was very kind and close with both of us we,ll miss him dearly hopefully were able to make it for his memorial heres a picture from bills last visit to bc leaving to go back to winnipeg
