Obituary of Tadao Sakamoto

It is with great sadness the family announces Tadao's peaceful passing on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at Mackenzie Health in Richmond Hill at the age of 99. Beloved husband of Tomiye for 63 years. Caring father of Lynn (Pat), Alice (Peter) and Lily (Steve). Cherished grandfather of Denise (Michelle), Anthony (Ivanela), Brittany (Brent), Paul, Stefanie, Leslie and Jamie. Proud great-grandfather of Kaden. He will be sadly missed by his entire extended family and all those who knew him.Due to current health concerns, a private family visitation and service will be held at the Glendale Funeral Home. Cremation to follow.If desired, donations to the Mackenzie Health Foundation or the Sunnybrook Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
