Obituary of Alvin Davis

Alvin "Sam" DavisPassed away peacefully with his family by his side on September 11th, 2020. Sam is survived by his loving wife, Barbara, and his children Nancy (Kevin), Linda (Nestor), Sandra (Clement), Carolyn (Scott) and Bradley (Linda). Sam will be fondly remembered by his many cherished grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sam will be missed by his brothers and sisters as well as many extended family and friends.Sam will remain in our hearts forever. May he rest in peace.due to the current COVID 19 pandemic, the visitation and funeral services have very limited capacity and will be reserved to family/close friends only. You will have to contact the family directly if you would like to attend. Thank you for your understanding during this very difficult time. Fill not your hearts with pain and sorrow, but remember me in every tomorrow. Remember the joy, the laughter, the smiles, I’ve only gone to rest a little while. Although my leaving causes pain and grief, my going has eased my hurt and given me relief. So dry your eyes and remember me not as I am now, but as I used to be. Because, I will remember you all and look on with a smile. Understand, in your hearts, I’ve only gone to rest a little while. As long as I have the love of each of you, I can live my life in the hearts of all of you.
