Obituary of Marie Therese Sammie

It is with great sadness that the family of Marie-Therese Sammie announces her passing on September 7, 2020 at the age of 75. Born in St. Lucia, West Indies. Sister to Elie Sammie and the late Fitz Sammie. Marie will be lovingly remembered by her devoted daughter Lucinda, nieces and nephews Simon, Lucia, Delina, Tony and Felix and cousin Virginia and their families. Marie will be dearly missed by countless extended family members and friends around the world, including good friends Juliana, Virginia and Dillan in OttawaWe thank the medical team at the Emergency and Palliative Care Units, General Campus, for their care and compassion.Arrangements and interment are entrusted to Capital Funeral Home and Cemetery 3700 Prince of Wales Drive Nepean, Ontario.
