Obituary of Maureen June Jarko

It is with great sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of our beautiful mother Maureen “June” Jarko (Nee Brown) on Sept 3rd 2020 surrounded by her loving family.June was a devoted and loving wife and mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Pre-deceased by her husband George and sisters Joyce, Eileen, and Pat. Loving mother to Susan(Jim), Frank, Carol(David), Paul(Marlene); cherished grandmother to Anthony, Nicole(Billy), Amanda, Samantha, and Thomas ; proud great-grandmother to Evan, Audrey, and Jacob. She will be greatly missed and forever cherished by all of her family and friends.Mom enjoyed a full and active life. Born in England, June ventured to Canada to begin a new life, started a family and a home. She was a creative and talented person and found fulfilment in her family and creative work. She enjoyed tending to her magnificent gardens, sewing, playing cards, road trips, time at the lake and most of all spending time with and enjoying the love of her family. There will be a private family Celebration of her Life
