Passed away peacefully, with his loving family at his side on Friday, September 4th, 2020. Devoted husband and best friend to Christine. Beloved father of Heather, Tina and Tommy. Devoted Granda to Valyssa. Dear brother in law to Regina (Bill), Barbara (Tony), Zena (the late John), William (the late Mary). Predeceased by his Parents Thomas and Jane, as well as his sisters Betty, Jessie, Margaret, Ellen, Mary and Tina. He will be greatly missed by his extended family members and many friends. Doug's family wishes to thank the staff at Scarborough General Hospital, Palliative Care Unit.Due to COVID restrictions, the visitation and funeral services will be held privately by invitation only.
