Obituary of George Ramsaran

George passed away peacefully at his residence in Ottawa on September 2, 2020. Born Port of Spain Trinidad on November 21, 1924. George was predeceased by his loving wife Willa in 2018 George is remembered as a husband, a father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. George is survived by his eight children: Sherry Sooch (the late Pami Sooch/Mike Ryan), Maureen (Martin) MacCarthy, Don (June) Ramsaran, Nargis (Walter) Baldwin, Janice Ramsaran, Shivan Ramsaran(Moira Moxley), Dev Ramsaran(Sonja Kodric), and Darryl Ramsaran. He is fondly remembered by his nine grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
