Obituary of Carol Dewbury (Boyd)

Peacefully with her family by her side after a long battle with cancer, at Victoria Hospital, London on Tuesday, May 31, 2011, Carol (Boyd) Dewbury of London in her 61st year. Best friend and soulmate of John Bates. Beloved daughter of the late Thomas & Myrtle Boyd. Loving mother of Teresa Patterson; Lisa-Marie Bigham (Michael) & Angela Dewbury. Beloved sister of Catherine Boyd. Poppy (Grandma) of Stephanie (Adam); Kent K.C.; Kyle; Rebecca (Becca); Ryan; Madison; Taylor; Luci; Chaise and great Poppy to Kaleb; Natalie; Cole and Bridgette. Carol will be missed by many close friends. Special thank you to all the medical staff and special friend Bonnie Higgins. Visitation will be held on Friday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, June 4th, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. Cremation with interment of cremated remains at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, London.
