Obituary of David William Jimney

On Tuesday May 28, 2013, David William Jimney, 73, passed away at his residence in Upper Marlboro, MD. He suffered from cancer and Alzheimer's Disease. He was born to the late Mr. & Mrs. Richard Jimney on December 8, 1939 in Washington, DC. He served in the U.S. Air Force, 113th Tactical Fighter from 1958 to 1962. Afterwards, David worked for the Wonder Bread Company from 1963 to 2003 and was a lifetime member of the District Heights Volunteer Fire Department. David was a quiet man who enjoyed walking and spending time with his rescue dogs, Koko, Mitzie and Sandy. He is survived by his beloved wife, Helen "Re" Jimney. Loving children, David Jimney (Lori) of Lusby, MD., Carl Jimney of Upper Marlboro, MD. and Barbara Campbell of Kensington, MD He is also survived by his grandchildren, David, Jr., Jerry, Joey, Vernon, Crystal, Jennifer and Jessi, and seven great grandchildren.
