Obituary of Arthur Foster Collings

Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, on Tuesday, May 7th, 2013 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Madeline (nee Heatherley). Loving father of Ken Cornell (Sherry), Linda Burke (Don), Jeffrey Collings (Mary), Glenda Collings and Gordon Collings (Ilijana). Cherished grandfather of Rick Burke (Kim), Don Cornell, Erin Fleck, Alex Fleck, Sarah Burke, Betty Span (Andrew), Ivan Morrison (Concetta), Amy Baker (Marco) and great-grandfather of Gavin, Mary-Beth, Leaslie, Austen, William, Massimo and Anthony. Dear brother of Robert. Art was a conductor for 36 years with the Canadian Pacific Railway. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. In keeping with Art’s wishes, there will be a private family memorial service. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation are asked to consider the Alzheimer Society.
