Obituary of Kenneth John Leyland

Peacefully at Parkwood Hospital on Friday, April 5th, 2013, Kenneth John Leyland, of London, in his 87th year. Beloved husband for 63 years of Lou. Loving father of Sandra, Peter (Nancy) and Michael (Heather) and father-in-law of Edward Daniliunas. Proud and cherished Grandpa of Maeghan (Scott), Patrick, Justin, Eric, Tobyn and Leandra, and great-Grandpa of Jaxon. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Ken positively influenced many people throughout his career at Beal Secondary School: both as a teacher and later, as a Vice-Principal. A memorial service will be conducted at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, on Tuesday, April 9th, 2013 at 1:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior. Private family inurnment, Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Ken are asked to consider the Canadian Diabetes Association.
